These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the gol88 platform. By registering an account or placing any wager on gol88, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by every clause set out below. Each individual may hold exactly one active account on gol88. Duplicate or multiple accounts — regardless of whether they use different email addresses or payment methods — are prohibited and subject to permanent suspension.
All transactions on gol88 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit is Rp 10.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever possible, subject to the limits in Clause 7.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions as stated in the individual promotion's terms. Attempting to abuse bonus mechanics may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
gol88 employs real-time fraud detection. Collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated betting software, or any other activity designed to exploit the platform in bad faith is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

Upon discovery, any such account will be closed immediately and all funds, including any winnings, will be forfeited. gol88 reserves the right to report suspected underage access to relevant authorities.
gol88 makes no representation that the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction. Indonesian players acknowledge that online gaming legislation in Indonesia is subject to change, and each Member accepts full legal responsibility for their own use of the Platform.
To access gol88's gaming services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. By doing so, you agree to the following:
gol88 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. The Platform also reserves the right to close any Account and return the Account Balance (excluding Bonus Credits) if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the registration information provided was materially inaccurate or fraudulent.
One Account Rule: Each individual may hold only one active gol88 Account at any time. If duplicate Accounts are detected, gol88 will close all but the first registered Account. Any Bonus Credits, promotional benefits, or winnings accrued through duplicate Accounts are subject to forfeiture.
gol88 is required to verify the identity, age, and payment credentials of its Members. The KYC process may be triggered at registration, before a Member's first withdrawal, upon a significant increase in account activity, or at any time gol88 deems appropriate.
Members may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
Documents must be legible, unexpired, and submitted in image or PDF format. gol88 will process KYC submissions within five (5) business days. During a pending KYC review, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. gol88 will notify the Member via registered email of the outcome.
Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a request may result in Account suspension. All personal data collected during KYC is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Deposits: All deposits to a gol88 Account must be made from a payment method legally registered in the Member's name. gol88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, corporate accounts, or anonymous payment methods. Accepted deposit methods include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit is Rp 10.000. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed in IDR to the same payment account used for the corresponding deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests submitted during gol88's processing window (00:01–23:59 WIB daily) are typically completed within 15 minutes for amounts below Rp 10.000.000 and within 24 hours for larger amounts. These timelines are indicative, not guaranteed, and may be affected by banking maintenance windows.
Currency: All Accounts are held and transacted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). gol88 does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Member through their bank or payment provider are solely the Member's responsibility.
Fund Safety: Member funds are held in accounts separate from gol88's operational funds, ensuring that player balances are ring-fenced from the Platform's business expenses. This segregation is a core component of gol88's commitment to financial integrity.
Dormant Accounts: An Account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. gol88 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of Rp 25.000 to dormant Account balances, provided the balance exceeds this amount. Members will be notified by email before any fee is applied.
gol88 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, free spins, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated for each individual offer:
Where a conflict exists between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
All wagers placed on gol88 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market in question, as published on the Platform at the time the wager is placed. General principles governing all wagers include:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gol88 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Account funds:
All content on the gol88 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio, video, and data compilations — is the property of gol88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of gol88.
The gol88 brand name, logo, and associated marks are the exclusive trademarks of the Platform operator. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited.
gol88's collection, storage, and processing of Member personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.
In summary, gol88 collects personal data for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of personalized marketing where consent has been given. Data is stored on secure servers with SSL encryption and is not sold to third parties. Members have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gol88 excludes liability for:
Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, gol88's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the Member's total deposits in the 12-month period immediately preceding the relevant claim.
Gambling Risk Disclosure: Gambling involves risk. You may lose the entire amount you deposit. gol88 does not guarantee profits or returns. Do not gamble with money you cannot afford to lose. Voluntary Closure: A Member may close their Account at any time by contacting gol88 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Credits not yet converted) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method after standard identity verification. Processing of the final withdrawal may take up to five (5) business days.
Involuntary Suspension: gol88 may suspend an Account without prior notice pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, AML concerns, or breach of these Terms. During a suspension, the Account Balance is held but not accessible. If the investigation confirms a breach, the Account will be terminated and funds may be forfeited as described in Clause 8.
Permanent Exclusion: Members who have requested permanent self-exclusion via gol88's Responsible Gaming tools may not re-register or access the Platform during the exclusion period, which is a minimum of six (6) months. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which gol88's operating entity is registered, as stated in the Platform's official licensing documentation. To the extent permitted, any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through gol88's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause limits a Member's rights under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in Indonesia, which may provide additional protections that cannot be contractually waived.
gol88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gol88 will notify Members via:
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.
